1. General Provisions
These Terms of Use govern the use of the Planeya service.
Planeya is an online platform for managing bookings and service requests. The service allows masters to create a public page, publish information about services, configure available time slots, receive requests from clients, and manage appointments.
By using Planeya, registering in the service, or sending a booking request, the user confirms that they have read these Terms and accept their conditions.
2. Terms
Planeya means the service that provides a technical tool for online booking of services.
Master means a user who registers in Planeya, creates a public page, publishes information about their services, and receives requests from clients.
Client means a user who opens a master's public link and sends a service booking request.
Request means a client's request to book a service with a master for a selected time.
Service means a service provided by a master to a client. Planeya is not the provider of such services.
3. Role of Planeya
Planeya provides a technical tool for organizing online bookings.
Planeya is not:
- the master's employer;
- the master's representative;
- a salon, clinic, studio, or other service provider;
- a party to an agreement between the master and the client;
- a guarantor of the quality, safety, legality, or result of services provided by the master.
All services are provided directly by the master. The master is solely responsible for the content of their services, quality of performance, prices, conditions, place of service, communication with clients, and compliance with applicable legal requirements.
4. Master Registration
To use the master dashboard, a master must create an account.
During registration, the master undertakes to provide accurate data and keep it up to date.
The master is responsible for keeping access to their account secure, including passwords and other authentication methods. All actions performed through the master's account are deemed to be performed by the master unless proven otherwise.
Planeya may restrict or block access to a master's account if these Terms are violated, abuse is suspected, prohibited content is published, or the service is used in a way that may harm Planeya, other users, or third parties.
5. Master's Public Page
The master may create a public page and publish information about themselves, services, prices, service duration, available time slots, social links, and other data.
The master is solely responsible for:
- the accuracy of information on the public page;
- the relevance of prices and service descriptions;
- the correctness of the schedule and available time slots;
- the legality of published content;
- compliance with third-party rights;
- compliance of provided services with applicable requirements.
The master must not publish information that is illegal, misleading, offensive, discriminatory, infringes third-party rights, or may harm users.
6. Client Booking
The client may send a service booking request through the master's public page.
Sending a request does not mean automatic guaranteed provision of the service unless the service interface or communication with the master states otherwise. A request may require confirmation by the master.
The client must provide correct contact details. If the client provides an incorrect email, phone number, or other information, the client may not receive notifications, confirmations, cancellations, or other important information about the request.
Planeya is not responsible for the inability to contact a client if the client provided incorrect or unavailable contact details.
7. Confirmation, Cancellation, and Changes
The master independently decides whether to confirm, decline, or cancel a request if this functionality is available in the service.
The client may be able to cancel an appointment through an access link if this functionality is available for the specific appointment.
Planeya is not responsible for cancellation of a service by the master, client no-shows, time changes, delays, communication quality between the master and the client, or any arrangements made outside the service.
8. Notifications
Planeya may send notifications related to requests and appointments, including email notifications and push notifications, if this functionality is enabled.
Notifications are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. Planeya does not guarantee full delivery of notifications because delivery may depend on external mail services, browsers, device settings, internet connection, spam filters, correctness of contact details, and other factors outside Planeya's control.
Absence of a notification does not release the master or client from the need to independently track the status of their requests and appointments.
9. Use Restrictions
Users must not use Planeya for:
- violating the law;
- publishing false, misleading, or illegal information;
- infringing third-party rights;
- distributing malicious code, spam, or automated abuse;
- attempting unauthorized access to the service, accounts, or data of other users;
- bypassing technical restrictions, security limits, or protection mechanisms;
- publishing services that are illegal, dangerous, or require special permits if such permits are absent.
Planeya may restrict access to the service, remove content, or block an account if these Terms are violated.
10. Data and Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Planeya Privacy Policy.
By using the service, the user confirms that they have read the Privacy Policy.
11. Service Availability
Planeya aims to provide stable service operation, but does not guarantee that the service will always be available without interruptions, errors, or delays.
The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, failures, actions of third parties, infrastructure issues, or other reasons.
Planeya is not responsible for losses caused by temporary service unavailability unless applicable law expressly provides otherwise.
12. Limitation of Liability
Planeya is not responsible for:
- quality, safety, result, or legality of services provided by masters;
- actions or omissions of masters and clients;
- accuracy of information published by masters;
- arrangements between master and client outside the service;
- losses caused by incorrect client contact details;
- non-delivery of notifications for reasons outside Planeya's control;
- temporary unavailability of the service.
Nothing in these Terms limits Planeya's liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
13. Changes to the Terms
Planeya may update these Terms from time to time.
The current version of the Terms is published on the Planeya website. The document states the effective date and version.
Continued use of the service after updated Terms take effect means acceptance of the updated conditions, unless applicable law requires another acceptance procedure.
14. Termination of Use
The master may stop using the service at any time.
Planeya may restrict or terminate a user's access to the service if these Terms are violated, the service is abused, risks are created for other users, or on other reasonable grounds.
