1. General Provisions
This Privacy Policy describes which personal data Planeya processes, for what purposes it is used, and what rights users have.
Planeya is an online platform for managing bookings. The service allows masters to create a public page, publish services, and receive requests from clients.
By using Planeya, registering as a master, or sending a booking request, the user confirms that they have read this Privacy Policy.
2. Users of the Service
Within Planeya, data of two main categories of users is processed:
Masters are users who register in Planeya, create a public page, and manage requests.
Clients are users who open a master's public page and send a service booking request.
3. Data We Process
3.1. Master Data
When a master registers and uses Planeya, the service may process the following data:
- email;
- password in protected form;
- name or public profile name;
- city;
- profile description;
- avatar;
- interface language;
- time zone;
- currency;
- public link;
- list of services, prices, and service duration;
- schedule and available time slots;
- social media links;
- notification settings;
- technical data related to the account and security.
Planeya does not store passwords in plain text.
3.2. Client Data
When a booking request is sent, Planeya may process the following client data:
- name;
- email;
- phone;
- comment to the request;
- selected service;
- selected date and time;
- request status;
- data required for notifications and appointment management.
The client does not need to create an account to send a request.
3.3. Technical Data
When the service is used, Planeya may automatically process technical data, including:
- IP address;
- request date and time;
- browser and device information;
- technical request identifiers;
- data needed for security, abuse prevention, and error diagnostics.
This data is used to operate the service, protect against abuse, investigate technical issues, and improve stability.
4. Purposes of Processing
Planeya processes personal data for the following purposes:
- creating and maintaining a master account;
- displaying the master's public page;
- creating and managing booking requests;
- transferring request information between client and master;
- sending service notifications related to requests and appointments;
- ensuring account and service security;
- preventing abuse, spam, and unauthorized access;
- diagnosing technical errors;
- complying with legal requirements, where applicable.
Planeya does not use data for marketing emails unless the user has separately consented to this. At the effective date of this Policy, marketing emails are not used in the service.
5. Legal Bases
Depending on the situation, data may be processed on the following bases:
- processing necessary to provide the service to the user;
- processing necessary to create and manage a booking request;
- Planeya's legitimate interest in security, abuse prevention, and service stability;
- compliance with legal obligations, where applicable;
- user consent, if separate consent is required for a specific type of processing.
If processing is based on consent, the user may withdraw that consent in the cases and manner provided by applicable law.
6. Who Has Access to Data
Data may be accessible to:
- the user;
- the master to whom the client sent a request;
- Planeya to the extent necessary to operate and support the service;
- technical service providers that help operate the service;
- public authorities or other persons if data transfer is required by law.
Client data provided during booking is available to the relevant master because it is needed to process the request and provide the service.
The master is independently responsible for how they use client data after receiving access to it, including communication with the client and provision of the service.
7. Service Notifications
Planeya may send service notifications related to platform use, such as:
- registration confirmation;
- access recovery;
- notifications about new requests;
- notifications about confirmation, cancellation, or status changes;
- appointment reminders, if this functionality is available.
Such notifications are not marketing emails.
Notification delivery may depend on external services, device settings, browsers, email providers, correctness of email or phone data, and other factors.
8. Data Retention
Planeya stores personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
Master account data is stored while the account exists or while it is necessary for legal, technical, or security purposes.
Request and appointment data may be stored to display booking history, resolve disputes, provide technical support, ensure security, and comply with applicable requirements.
If a user wants to delete or change their data, they may contact Planeya using the contact address in this Policy.
9. Data Security
Planeya applies reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction.
Such measures may include:

- protection against abuse and excessive requests;
- technical logging and error monitoring.
No method of transmitting or storing data on the internet can be absolutely secure.
10. User Rights

The current version of the Policy is published on the Planeya website. The document states the effective date and version.
Continued use of the service after the Policy is updated means the user has read the updated version, unless applicable law requires another notification or consent procedure.
