Delete your Planeya account

This page explains how to permanently delete a Planeya master account and the data associated with it.

Delete your account in Planeya

If you can access your account:

• sign in to Planeya;
• open Settings;
• select Delete account;
• enter your current password;
• confirm permanent deletion.

After successful confirmation, the account is permanently deleted.

If you cannot access your account

Send an account deletion request to info@planeya.com from the email address associated with the account. Planeya may request additional verification necessary to confirm your right to delete the account.

Data that is deleted

Account deletion removes data owned by the master's account, including:

• account and profile data;
• services and schedule;
• appointments and related notifications;
• social links;
• notification settings and push subscriptions;
• authentication data associated with the account.

Client data linked only to the deleted master is removed when it is no longer referenced by other appointments or notifications. If the same client is connected to other masters or retained appointments, the relevant client data may remain while that relationship exists.

Data that may be retained for a limited period

Certain technical data, security logs, or other records may be retained for a limited period where necessary for security, abuse investigation, technical diagnostics, legal obligations, or the protection of Planeya's legitimate interests.
